Week three in the chronicles of my Ketogenic diet, here are the results.
As I have said before try not to put too much into what the scale says. I say this because some weeks you'll have lost a significant amount of weight, others not as much. Just know that at the end of it all it will average out. With that said, I only lost two pounds this week. Compared to the six pounds I lost last week it's significantly less. I will NOT change my menu this week to make sure that it was not the meal plan itself, just a flux like stated above. I will make sure that the diets I put on here really do work so if you decide to try it yourself you will do so with confidence.
Of course, every person is different and your results probably will vary from my own. Whether you'll lose more or less depends on your body and genetic make up. It is my belief that having a step by step guide with REAL results will be very helpful if you want to start this diet. It can help you set realistic goals and expectations, unlike what you see in magazines who are only trying to get you to purchase their product. My workout schedule consisted of the following:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training
Tuesday and Friday - My Ten Minute Workout
The weekends I travel and rest, but keep on with my diet!
