Tuesday came in a flash and here it was again, time to weigh in. Like last week I only lost two pounds, I now weigh 195 lbs. Even though the scale doesn't show it, I can certainly feel it, and people who don't see me everyday can also tell. It is certainly working.
I have decided I will do this keto diet until mid-November. I will then get my body used to eating carbs again, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. I made that deadline because I cannot miss out on the several dinners I go to on Thanksgiving and Christmas and Christmas Eve. Not to mention New Years, there will be plenty of alcohol consumed (Yes, I promise I'm not an alcoholic). I will continue to record my progress and any changes made.
On the first day of this week I actually ate out and it got me thinking, which restaurants are keto friendly? Well, I will compile a list of first hand experiences and share with you all. Some days you just don't feel like cooking or have a tight schedule and can't. Whatever the case might be, I will get that list together for you all.
