The scale this week showed that in the first month of my keto diet I lost a total of 13 lbs. My weight this week was 193. That's with light exercise and a somewhat strict diet. I say "somewhat" because I could have made it much more strict. Case in point, I went out to eat and deviated a tad from my meal plan. So there was some wiggle room towards the end of the month.
This week I want to know how much I would gain back if I went back to eating carbs. No exercise either. With that said, I do this in hopes that if you see what happens when you deviate you might be more inclined to stay the keto path, assuming this is the right diet for you. My other hope is I don't gain too much back.

Week 6
Well I gained back six pounds in one week. I now weigh 199 lbs. I'm going to do some research and will come back with either a new plan or continue my keto diet. I will keep everyone posted.
