On
Tuesday was weigh in day. It was the moment of truth. I had to go to
my gym in order to weigh myself (don't have a home scale). I got on my
skateboard and rode over there. I swiped the keycard to gain access and
the first thing I laid eyes on was the scale, taunting me, mocking me. I
knew that whatever the results were I would do well to not put too much
emphasis on them (when you are on this diet you may retain a lot of
water weight). I stepped on and pushed the weight over to 200 (it's
manual scale) while the smaller scale stayed on zero.
And to my surprise
it was TOO MUCH! I lowered the big weight down to 150 and set the
smaller weight to 50 and made my way down from there. I weighed 199lbs! I
lost six pounds in a week JUST through this diet (even with a couple
