Delaware, Oh Delaware

Maybe you've heard about the epic amounts of snow in New England, the northwest part of the country, maybe you haven't. Either way, now you know that these past few weeks there have been people literally digging out their cars from the snow.

Not an exaggeration

Well, here in the First State we've gotten some snow, mostly in the northern part of the state. I live right smack in the middle of the state and therefore have seen exactly 2" of snow this entire winter season. Now, I don't want an excess like the picture above, but a foot of snow wouldn't be too bad. I actually enjoy the snow. I spent some time in Georgia and I really enjoyed my time there, so it is safe to assume I like the South. But as luck would have it, I live too south to be affected by snowfall (we're not considered New England) and too north to be considered part of the South. I live right on the F-U line.

Oh well, can't complain too much because, aside from that fact, I like where I live. It could be worse, and I could live where there's snow all year round (too north) or where it's hot all year round (too south - tropical climates). I enjoy having the four seasons and watching the landscape change with each one. On the upside we are supposed to get an alright amount of snow tonight, just needed to get this off my chest: end rant.
